Conference Fees:

 

   

Participation Fee (Authors/Participants):

The conference fee will be charged in the conference registration for 2 days, covering attendance to the sessions, conference proceedings-USB-program, bag, lunch, coffee breaks, probable social programs (city tour and banquet). The participants will separately pay the accommodation fee according to the options in hotels. The participants who have submitted more than one paper should pay an extra fee for each extra paper. The maximum number of accepted papers from each participant author (as main author or as co-author) is maximum three.

# Registration fee Just for Main Author: 50 Euro (publishing and presenting accepted papers)

Publication Fee (Non-Participants):

For the accepted authors who may participate in E-session and want the paper to be included in the conference proceeding and can't reach the conference meeting, a distinct fee for paper publication only is considered. It includes the cost of the proceeding and also for e-mailing the published PDF files. The Non-Participants authors will only receive the published PDF files by E-mail, due to the postal mail limitations for sending the conference proceedings and/or USB.  

# Registration fee for Each Non-Participant: 50 Euro (only for publishing each accepted paper)

    

 

  

Deadline and Importance: 

All payments must be done during the registration date.

(August 15, 2021).

 

Attention to Important Notes:

1- The Conference Secretariat will not have the facility to accept the payments on site/desk. Any conference transactions can be only done by the bank process which may not be open at the time of the participants’ arrival.

2- The Conference Secretariat will not make any participation capabilities for the unpaid participants and also will not register them before they make the payments for Registration Fee. 

3- For publishing the accepted paper(s) in the Conference Proceedings, it is required to pay Conference Fees and send Receipt of Conference Fee JUST during Registration Period. Otherwise, the papers will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
